Cornwall Family Holiday House Trevone Bay near Padstow

The pictures above show us with some of our family members. We love having them to visit during the holidays and every time someone comes to stay it creates some more holiday memories for us. We wanted to set up a holiday house experience that looks after families in a special way, so we decided to set up Family Holiday House. Our first house is in Trevone Bay just outside Padstow, literally a stone’s throw from the beach.

As we live locally, we are nearby to ensure you will have a really great stay. In addition to preparing the house especially for your family’s arrival we can help with all sorts of arrangements, want to know our recommendations for good days out, the best family friendly pubs and restaurants, want to hire a boat for the day or whatever, we are sure we can help. Tim never needs an excuse to get out on the water, so if there are any sailors in your group, he will happily accompany you on a days sail too.

By “profession” we are both hoteliers, with experience of running luxury hotels both here in the UK and overseas, (so hopefully we know a bit about looking after people). In 1997 we decided that we couldn’t be “employees” any longer, so we moved to Cornwall to where Hazel partly grew up to open our own restaurant, and for the last seven years (until its recent sale) we were part of the team that ran and developed Luxury Family Hotels, including Fowey Hall here in Cornwall.

Nothing is more English than a traditional coastal holiday and making genuinely good holiday memories is really at the heart of what we are trying to do.
